SURVEYING
An approved TradeMarks surveyor will visit your property to take measurements and ensure your project is suitable to proceed. They’ll also be on hand to discuss any changes, should you wish to make any final alterations to the plans.
If planning permission is required, the surveyor will gather all the relevant details and create the drawings to go alongside your application.
PLANNING & BUILDING REGS
The TradeMark surveyor will complete the planning application for and submit it, along with all the relevant information, to your local council.
The time it takes for the council to process each submission varies. But as a rough guide, it can take up to 10 weeks for Full Householder Planning and 8 weeks for NCS approval.
SCHEDULE OF WORKS
Using our network of authorised tradespeople, we will assign your project to one of the region’s very best fitters who will be your point of contact throughout the entire process.
BUILDING & INSTALLATION
Before starting any building work begins, you’ll have the option to discuss brick matching. With all the final details confirmed, you can sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that a TradeMark-approved specialist is overseeing your build.
FINISHING
Once your project has been installed and everything has been signed off, you’re free to enjoy your brand-new living space!
