Condensation forms when vapour in the air meets cooler surfaces. Many people think that when these small droplets appear it signifies that there’s a problem.

However, condensation forming is a natural process and is a sign that your windows are performing as they should. Only if condensation appears between the panes of a your double- or triple-glazed unit should you be concerned.
