Yes. We have contacted our insurers to confirm cover during the pandemic and completed the relevant risk assessment.
No. All Private Appointments are strictly by invite only, If you would like a Private Appointment organised, please complete the form below or telephone 0800 30 50 30. Our team will then happily agree pre-arranged time slot to attend.
Absolutely. Our personnel are fully aware of the 2 metre social distancing measures and will ensure they are followed whilst with you in the showroom.
Our employees are having their temperature taken at the beginning of each day using an Infrared Digital Thermometer. We also gain assurances from our customers, prior to being given access to the showroom, that they are not suffering from any of the COVID-19 symptoms.
Yes. Time is being kept in between every appointment for the deep cleansing of all showroom surfaces and cups using the correct cleaning agents.
Please park outside in the nominated parking bay and await for the consultant to beckon you into the showroom.
Yes. Upon entry, you will be kindly asked to clean your hands with the provided hand sanitiser and paper towels, and we have a supply of disposable gloves if you would like to use them.
Only the product demonstrator and one customer (two if from the same household) are to be in the showroom at any time.
Yes. During the appointment a suitable area for the refreshments will be available in an appropriate place for you to be able to collect, remember you will need to wipe the handle and exterior surfaces of the cup before moving it and consuming.
