Design - It’s your conservatory, and you can do whatever you like with it. Just tell us what you want, and we will do the rest. What is often helpful to us is if you take some rough measurements at the site of the proposed conservatory and also a photograph. We can then use this information to begin fashioning a design.

Survey - Any further measurements we need will be taken by one of our surveyors who will come out to your home and also determine the best position of any windows and doors.

Planning Permission - There is a possibility that your new conservatory will require planning permission, but don’t let this put you off the idea. TradeMark can take responsibility for organising planning permission on your behalf and assist with all the relevant paperwork.

Installation - TradeMark is the only installation company you need to carry out the work as we are experienced at digging foundations, creating bases, building dwarf walls, constructing frames, and installing roofing systems and glass. We promise to meet any self-imposed deadlines too.

Build Process - It is actually considerably easier to build a conservatory than most other home extensions. We won’t drag our feet constructing the extension and you won’t feel at all stressed whilst the building process is going on.

Finishing - There isn’t a conservatory in the world that doesn’t include some form of finishing touches. TradeMark is qualified to plaster any internal walls, lay flooring, and install electric sockets and lighting. Once we’ve sorted any finishing touches, we will give the space a thorough cleaning, prior to inviting you to begin using the conservatory.

We sell a huge number of UPVC conservatories and there a series of factors that attract customers to UPVC. Cost is a major selling-point and people also like the idea of hardly ever needing to clean the material. The thermal qualities of UPVC are also far greater than the thermal properties of several equivalent materials, especially wood. It won’t cost you the earth to heat a UPVC conservatory and subsequently see your energy bills spiral out of control. UPVC is simple to mould too if you want decorative gable ends and a curved external bead.

It’s lovely to have the option of moving between conservatory and garden, and vice-versa, whenever you get the urge to. The insertion of a single door within the conservatory will afford you that luxury, which will be particularly useful if you have young children in your family who like to run outside or you’re keen to ensure conservatory and garden aren’t mutually exclusive.

Adding a single door will also strengthen the security of the extension as we incorporate various secure components into all of our doors.

The polycarbonate roof remains a popular system choice for conservatories...

Many older conservatories have polycarbonate roofs and we still use them to this day. Customers continue to be fans of them and we supply our polycarbonate roofs in either 25mm or 35mm polycarbonate sheets. The weather outside will have very little bearing on how it feels inside your conservatory if it is equipped with a polycarbonate roof, and this includes excess glare from the sun. For added glare protection and improved thermal control, you can ask TradeMark to add foil inserts to the roofing system. There are three available shades for any polycarbonate roof sourced from TradeMark: bronze, opal and clear.

Is a textured woodgrain or smooth surface finish your cup of tea?

All avenues are open to customers so far as finishing their new UPVC conservatory in a colour of their liking is concerned. TradeMark has the talent and tools to create just about every coloured finish you can think of, and they’re each applied with our specially developed paint application process. We’ve brought a series of period colours back to life...

19th Century timber windows would always have painted finishes in the likes of Painswick, Clotted Cream and Cotswold Biscuit. These classic colours are included in our Heritage colour range, amongst several others, including Corse Lawn and Eclectic Grey. If you want a period-inspired window with a faux wood effect, you can always have the windows supplied in an English, Irish or Silvered Oak finish.

Finishing touches can encompass many different things such as underfloor heating, atmospheric lighting, door handles, tiling and wooden flooring.
