TradeMark Plays Matchmaker In Two Living Space Love Stories
They include the Cartwrights and Morleys, both of whom have rediscovered any lost endearment for where they take up residence following the addition of a new living space, built and designed by yours truly.
We’ve left them smitten with home again and this is how the two love stories unfolded.
Hungry for extra dining space
Eight years after moving into their property, space had seemingly shrunk for the Cartwrights and they explored how it could be expanded so they didn’t feel as squeezed in.
It contained a kitchen-diner, one of their favourite features, but they had their hearts set on creating a separate, exclusive dining area, enriched with natural light and airy to emulate an outdoor mood.
A visit to our showroom brought a stroke of luck as we had a glass roof conservatory just the right size on display that they could tailor and make their own.
One company to do it all

Home growth for a new family arrival
The Morleys were incredibly forward-thinking when purchasing their abode as a major factor in them doing so was because there was capacity to extend it if they added to their family, which they have.
They had visions of a living space incorporating an open plan lounge/living/kitchen area that was perfect for cooking in and entertaining large groups, with sufficient room for their little one to play too.
Some professional guidance was sought and led to us conducting a home visit so that we could assess the potential location for the extension. We invited them to our showroom to observe the creation of some concepts and what an eye-opening experience it proved to be.
Technology that gripped the imagination
“Until being shown the software, we didn’t realise it was possible to view a realistic impression of the glass roof orangery at our house from internal and external perspectives. It got us excited!

“It receives maximum sunlight and this generates a superbly welcoming atmosphere that’s never uncomfortably warm. You’ll often find us in it watching our child enjoy themselves in the garden.”
